The principal signs a distributor or authorised-partner agreement in DEL’s own name, with territory and product scope defined on paper.
DEL engineers complete the manufacturer’s certification tracks, so sales, deployment and support are delivered by trained in-house staff — never proxies.
Genuine units are imported against the agreement, and demo kits stay staged for proof-of-concepts and tender evaluations.
Launches, tenders and customer escalations run together with the principal’s channel team — pricing, roadmaps and co-sell support included.
