One certificate card per direct principal. The reference follows DEL’s internal certificate register; the scope states exactly what DEL is authorised to sell and support, and the badge shows the current validity status.

Validity badges reflect the register at publication. For a live confirmation letter or the physical certificate to attach to a tender submission, request it through your Partner Manager or the contact below — letters are issued per submission.

Confirm an authorization in three steps

Authorizations are the highest-value document in a tender, so DEL makes them easy to confirm independently.

  1. Match the brand and scope on the certificate card above against what the tender requires.

  2. Note the certificate reference (DEL-AUTH-…) shown on the card.

  3. Request a dated confirmation letter — DEL’s channel desk issues it to the buyer or committee directly.

A confirmation letter is issued to the requesting buyer or tender committee, not routed through a third party, so the awarding body hears straight from DEL.
