What “authorised” changes in practice

Authorisation means factory training, genuine parts channels, and firmware-level diagnostics — the difference between a repair and a reset. DEL’s engineers carry vendor certifications across the server, storage, network, and power brands we distribute, and our spares are stocked against the installed base we support, not against a generic catalogue.

The three questions that separate SLAs

Ask any provider: What fraction of calls closes on first visit? Where is the spare that fixes my failure, physically, tonight? And who escalates — a person or a portal? SLA math is easy to promise on paper; those three answers are how it feels in an outage at 9 p.m. before a month-end run.
