The seven that get checked first

Trade licence, TIN certificate, VAT registration (BIN), bank solvency letter, experience certificates, manufacturer authorisation, and the attested audit report or financial statement. Every one has a validity clock — solvency letters age in months, authorisations expire with the partner agreement — and an expired document reads as an unqualified vendor regardless of your track record.

Keep a living vendor file, not a tender scramble

The working pattern is a single controlled folder — one page per document with expiry date, issuing authority, and renewal owner — reviewed quarterly. When a tender notice gives you five working days, the file turns submission week from a fire drill into a checklist. DEL maintains exactly this file for itself and refreshes partner authorisations on a calendar, not on demand.
